Commercial text requests

• Data and purpose. We process your name, email, country, requested service, description, language, acceptance date and follow-up status to assess, respond to and manage your request. We record dates and a history of administrative actions. Technical identifiers and hashes help limit abuse and avoid duplicate submissions; these mechanisms are not described as irreversible anonymization.
• Access and notifications. Authorized CSouth personnel and providers needed for hosting, email and recovery may process information to operate the service. The inbox requires administrator authentication. Commercial notification emails contain the request number and an Admin link; the name, email, country and description remain in the access-restricted system.
• Retention and manual review. For closed requests without a contract, our initial target is to review deletion 180 days after confirmed closure; for history, 12 months; for new operational backups, 30 days. A contract, ongoing negotiation, dispute or applicable obligation may require a different period. Historical copies are reviewed according to recovery and custody needs. Automatic deletion is not enabled, and immediate removal from every copy is not promised. Contracted work follows the corresponding contractual and accounting policy.
• Draft and communication modes. Your browser may retain the draft in this tab for up to 30 minutes of inactivity; you can discard it, and it is removed after successful submission. Acceptance is not restored from the draft. Audio and Video remain “Coming soon”: no permissions are requested and no recordings are captured.
• Questions about your data. To request information, correction or deletion related to your request, email info@csouthtech.com with the subject “Privacy — commercial request”. Victor A. Chavez coordinates decisions; the technical lead assists when appropriate. We will verify identity proportionately and handle the case under applicable obligations. Do not send passwords or unnecessary documents.
